Shane Elizabeth Provost

After a short battle against small cell lung cancer, it is with a heavy heart we say good-bye to Shane Provost of Homestead Green North Bennington, VT.

Shane passed away on April 24, 2026 at the age 73.

She is pre-deceased by her Loving Husband Edwin Provost Jr. who died April 9, 2020.

Shane leaves behind 3 sons, Maurice J. Pooler Jr., Darryl K. Whitney & Phillip W. Parsons, her sisters Gailya Tulloch of Savoy, Mass., Rhonda Tulloch of Adams, Mass., Mary Audette of Queensbury, N.Y. Brother's Shawn Bulson Sr. of Pittsfield, Mass. & Kevin Parsons of Queensbury, N.Y., grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews to whom she wishes a long and happy life and very dear friend, next door neighbor and caregiver Joanne Babcock who will be watching over her dog Castiel. She was also pre-deceased by her Brother Faron Tulloch of N. Adams, Mass. 8/19/2019.

In her later years Shane enjoyed crocheting, drawing, movies and loved being with her little dog Castiel who was her constant companion & brought her much joy. A grave side funeral will be held on Monday May 18, 2026 at 11am at White Chapel Cemetery, Chapel Road Bennington, VT. There are no visiting hours.
