Seth Wicks

Seth H Wicks, loving father and grandfather, lost his battle to colon cancer at the young age of 59 on March 12th, 2026. He is survived by his only child Ariel A Wicks and grandson Devin I Wicks. His mother, father, and older brother pre-deceased him. His brother in late 2025, and father end of January 2026. A service for him and them will be held end of April on the shared family plot.

Seth was born on Long Island before moving to Bennington VT at the age of two, where he lived half his life. He grew up on the family farm where he helped with the day-to-day task. In his mid-thirties he moved to Pittstown, NY where he lived with his daughter, and years later, grandson.

Seth was a pillar to his loved ones, both family and friends alike. If someone needed help, no matter what the time, he would be there.

He enjoyed playing games with his friends and having a beer around a fire. He liked making dad jokes and watching tv with his daughter and grandson. His favorite way of spending time overall, however, was without a doubt with his grandson. From going to the park, wrestling, watching anime, or going out to eat, he laughed most then.

Though it is sad to have lost him years earlier than expected, Seth wanted everyone to find happiness in the everyday. So, when you think of and remember him, please do so with a smile and fondness.
