Robin Jones

Robin Jones, 76 of Arlington, VT, passed away at her home in Arlington on June 28, 2026. Robin was born in Stamford, CT on June 28, 1950, the daughter of William and Clara Henry. She was raised and attended schools in Norwalk, CT.

For many years Robin was a single mom raising two children while also working full time. After her children were grown up and on their own, Robin was able to attend Johnson State College where she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the age of 50. She then worked for many years with the Southwestern Vermont Council on Aging as a Meal Site Developer across the state of Vermont.

She was a fantastic mother and just a really good human being. She was truly a free spirit.

Robin is survived by a son and daughter, her brother, William Henry of Arlington, VT and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Robin will be held at the Hanson-Walbridge and Shea Funeral Home on Route 7A in Arlington on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Arlington.
