Reverend Richard McSherry, 71, passed away April 29, 2026 at Crescent Manor Care Center. Richard attended Bennington schools, graduating from MAUHS and Southern Vermont College. He later earned his Master’s Degree from the Northern Baptist Theological Seminary and went on to Pastor five churches for over thirty years. Music was a big part of his life singing in school and church choirs for many years.
