Marion E. Bourn passed away on August 26th, 2025 at home with her loving family there. Marion was a loving mother, grandmother and great mema. Marion worked hard all her life as a waitress at the Midway Diner in Rutland for almost 30 years. She also worked at the Mountain View Diner in Manchester, VT for many years and several others. She loved country music and her favorite song was "you ain't woman enough to take my man" by Loretta Lynn. She loved dancing and also loved her birthday parties with huge cookouts and karaoke. Marion was predeceased by her long time companion Eddie Slavin of 30 years and her husband Edmund J. Bourn who passed in 1973. she is also preceded in death by her son, Clifford (Kip) Bourn; son, Roger H. Bourn Sr.; and her infant son, "Little Ed" Bourn; a daughter, Debbie Lynn Meyers; and a step daughter, Linda Sargent. She is survived by daughters: Aleeta Chauniard, Sheila Johnson, and Terry Gates; son, Tony W. Bourn. She also leaves several nephews, nieces, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren to cherish her memory.

Marion was loved by many and she will be greatly missed.
