Manuela Kravarik

Born in Bucharest, Romania on August 14, 1928. Survived WWII and immigrated to the US at the behest of her Father and Mother via a circuitous route to New York city in 1949. Moved to Dallas, Texas from where Manuela made friends in the Post WWII newly formed and growing US Air Force. Fate brought her to Martin E. Kravarik, an Air Force Pilot and was married on 3/11/1961 . After her husband's commitment in the Air Force they moved to Irvington, NJ and her husband's family. They lived, worked and raised a family in New Jersey until her Husband's passing in 2018. After selling her house she moved to Wilmington, VT & lived with her son Martin and Daughter-in-law Meiling. She was fiercely independent up to the very end and was a constant companion at all events with Family and Friends. She is greatly loved and missed. Funeral services for Manuela will be held Thursday, March 26 2026 at 12pm at Covey Allen & Shea Funeral Home 44 East Main St. Wilmington, VT 05363. Visitation will be held at 11am at Covey Allen & Shea Funeral Home, 1 hour prior to the service.
