Kenneth Finelli, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 19, 2025. Born on February 28, 1964, to Thomas and Nancy Finelli, Ken’s life was defined by kindness, strength, and an unwavering devotion to those he loved.
Ken is survived by his devoted wife, Lisa Finelli, and his cherished children: Sydney and Lou Fasaro, and Rachel and Brad Kaminski. He was a proud and adoring grandfather to Rhys and Ella, who brought him endless joy. Ken is also remembered with love by his siblings: Thomas (Kathy) Finelli, Ronald Finelli, Keith Finelli, Loreen (Joseph) Friedlander, and Lisa (William) Kleesler. His legacy continues through his many nieces and nephews, each of whom held a special place in his heart.
A 1982 graduate of Brick High School, Ken went on to earn a degree in Criminal Justice from Stockton College. Throughout his life, Ken remained an observer of the world around him, drawing peace and inspiration from nature. He was an avid gardener and bird watcher, and he shared a deep bond with animals—especially his dogs, who were constant companions.
Ken’s greatest love, however, was his family. He carried them in his heart through all seasons of life, and his presence brought comfort, laughter, and a sense of home to those who knew him.
Celebrations of Ken’s life will be held in both New Jersey and Vermont at a later date, where family and friends will gather to honor the memory of a man who was truly one of a kind.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
