Hiland Clough, 73, of South Londonderry, Vermont, passed away on May 17, 2026, at Cheshire Medical Center surrounded by the love of his family.
Born on October 16, 1952, Hiland lived a life filled with laughter, hard work, and love for those around him. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for seven years and carried great pride in his military service throughout his life. After serving, he worked as a cable TV lineman for many years.He was known for his dedication and strong work ethic.
Hiland was an outdoorsman at heart who loved hunting and the casino, also spending time with family and friends.
He will always be remembered for his happy-go-lucky spirit, sense of humor, and the way he could brighten a room with his smile.
He is survived by his loving wife, Tiana Clough; his son, Malcolm Clough; daughters Billi Jo Cashman and her husband Larry Cashman, Samantha Clark and her husband Gary Clark, Stephanie Lage and her husband Raul Lage, and Tennilli Lafoe and her husband Steve Lafoe; his sisters, Millie Dunn and Dot Thompson; his brother, Donald Clough; along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at his home 2046 Winhall Hollow,South Londonderry, July 11th 12 noon to honor and remember Hiland’s life and the many memories he shared with those he loved. Memorial services will be held on July 10th, 10 am at the Gerald B Solomon National Cemetery, 200 Duell Rd Schuylerville NY
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered
