Darren Michael Gordon

Darren Michael Gordon, 32, a resident of Beech Street, passed away November 8, 2021 at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center from complications of Spinal Muscular Atrophy, which he outlived his prognosis for many years. Darren was born in North Adams, MA on July 26, 1989 the son of George Armand Gordon and Laticia Marie Hackett. He attended Pownal Elementary School, Bennington Middle School, graduated from Mt Antony Union High School and received his Bachelor Degree from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Darren’s passion was technology and not only playing video games but creating them and creating web sites and apps. Darren also enjoyed spending time with his family. He is survived by his parents George and Laticia Gordon of Bennington, sister Hannah Stoessel (Greg) of Shaftsbury, niece and nephew Paisley and Jaxson Stoessel and many aunts, uncles and cousins. A celebration of life for Darren will be announced at a later date.
