It is with heavy hearts and vibrant memories that we announce the passing of Carol Ann Williams, a woman whose laugh contagiously spread through all who loved her. Her life's work of special education advocacy, and her boundless capacity for love will never be forgotten. She passed away peacefully on February 4th, surrounded by her family. What she is leaving behind is a legacy as bright as the artwork she painted.

A Life Lived in Full Color

Carol didn't just live life; she embraced it with a contagious passion. Known by many as a gifted artist, she saw beauty in everyone and turned every gathering into a celebration. Whether she was working on her hand painted ornaments, out dancing with Stan or simply sharing a story over coffee, her creativity was the heartbeat of her home.

A Fierce Heart for Others

Carol was a powerhouse of compassion. She was a tireless advocate for children with disabilities, dedicating years to ensuring every child received the dignity, assistance, and resources they deserved. She believed that every voice mattered, and she spent her life making sure the world heard those who were often overlooked.

Her Greatest Masterpiece: Family

Even her most treasured friends were family.

The Devoted Grandmother: Who was always ready to listen to her grandchildren, providing guidance and unconditional love.

The Loyal Friend: Who never let anyone feel like a stranger and made everyone feel like family.

She is survived by her loving husband Stanley Williams, brother Louis Yannotti, sister Patricia Rossetti, daughters Lisa Skowron & Liz Williams, son Robert Ceglia, grandchildren Shannon Cady, Amber and Eric Skowron and Void Williams, as well as a community of friends who are better for having known her.
