Brian E. Pierce

Brian E. Pierce, 66, a resident of Bennington, VT, passed away September 22, 2026 at his home. A lifelong resident Brian was born in Bennington on August 30, 1960 the son of the late Earl V. and Jean Pierce, attended Bennington schools, graduating from Mt. Anthony Union High School. Brian loved to cook and worked as a chef for many Bennington area restaurants, He was a former volunteer fireman for the Putnam Hose Company in Bennington, enjoyed watching movies and was a Boston Red Sox and Jimmy Buffet fan. Brian is survived by his sisters Kim Berard and Terri Hewitt (Gary) both of Bennington, his brother David Pierce of Florida and many aunts, uncles’ nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his brothers Vernon and Michael Pierce. At the request of the family there are no formal, funeral services.
