Beverly Sigsbury

Beverly F. Sigsbury, 89, a resident of River Street in Bennington, passed away October 19, 2026 at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center. Beverly was born in Malden, Massachusetts on November 25, 1936 the daughter of the late Bliss K. and Eva E. (Salmon) Horsman and attended local schools. She worked at Howard Johnson’s for many years, Modern Aluminum Anodizing until 2013 and for Stop & Shop until 2018. Beverly leaves behind her children Kenneth (Andrea), Laura (Tom) and Steven (Stacy), 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and one expected in January. She was preceded in death by 2 sons Douglas and John Sigsbury, her husband Frank Sigsbury and her great-granddaughter Mackenzie. Funeral services for Beverly will be held Monday October 26, 2026 at 11am at Hanson-Walbridge & Shea Funeral Home 213 West Main Street Bennington, VT. Interment will follow in the family lot in Parklawn Cemetery. A visiting hour at the funeral home will be held Monday October 26, 2026 from 10-11am, one hour prior to the service.
