Cremation Services
Cremation is a method of final disposition which is widely accepted. Preferred for social, religious, environmental, financial or psychological reasons, this form of care most often occurs with some type of gathering to remember a person and celebrate a life lived. Following the cremation process, the cremated body is generally interred, entombed or scattered at a place of personal significance.
At Shea Family Funeral Homes we own and operate our own crematory to personally care for cremation requests. These may vary from the most basic of support to the funeral home assisting with and participation in a service especially arranged to recognize the gift of a life lived.
Our Professional trained staff are Certified Crematory Operators trained by the Cremation Association of North America. We pride
ourselves on having and "open-door" policy at our crematory and invite anyone who so desires to visit our
facility. In addition to serving our own clients, we proudly serve other area professionals in the tri-state area.
